When Wood Cottage, now renamed Bhavana Dhamma, became available to purchase it was too good an opportunity to miss. The Buddha-Dhamma Fellowship launched an appeal and thanks to the generosity of many supporters the purchase was successful. Since taking possession in the spring of 2003 many people have developed their practice in its peaceful surroundings. Just a short walk from Santidhamma, Bhavana Dhamma provides convenient accommodation for our lay helpers and retreatants, and particularly for women and nuns.

Of the original purchase price of £425,000 we still owe £19,000. Every donation, big or small, will be a great help! If you would like to contribute then here are some options:

• Make a one-off donation. All of the proceeds received will go towards clearing our mortgage. You can donate online using our secure service, or you can send a payment by post to the Forest Hermitage using the printable donation form.
